ABOUT US
We run events in the Motorsport industry, organizing international air racing competitions: the Air Race 1 World Cup (www.airrace1.com) and the new Air Race E, the first electric airplane race (www.airraceE.com). This is a small start-up and an exciting company that is growing rapidly around the world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a full-time Sales Manager, to be based in Barcelona, who can help drive and manage the sales process and generally develop new business and revenue streams. This manager will be responsible for driving the sales efforts and will focus primarily on sponsorship for events and race teams. You must have a proven track record in sport or events sponsorship sales, ideally motorsport.
REQUIREMENTS
- MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH (C2 level).
- 5+ years of sales experience in sport or events.
- Proven success in driving sales from target identification to deal closure, managing client relations and negotiations.
- Highly competent in CRM and presentation.
- Accustomed to dealing with a broad range of clients and countries.
- Able to meet ambitious weekly and monthly sales objectives. You’ll want to crush these goals!
- Based in Barcelona, Spain (NO relocation benefits).
- Be able to work flexible hours and be willing to travel extensively.
- Sales hunger is a must! Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals.
CONTRACT TERMS
- 6 months minimum contract, with likelihood of extension and possibility of permanent.
- Competitive base + Commission.
